The grand plans we had for Better Than the Times have been derailed by my serious illness. I am in a long struggle to stay alive over the next few years, with chemo and radiation and godknowswhat. This means my energy level and time commitments will be less and more irregular than what is needed to build the sort of alternative arts, literature, politics, and social journal.

Given that we already have the space, I have decided to use this as my mostly non poetry blog, occasionally adding a poem or two of mine, updating whenever I write a piece I think a general audience might find useful, entertaining, or something.
